You can pay your bill in cash (up to 4,999 euros by law), with a debit card, or with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
With the free guest card, you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. You also have free entry to the outdoor and indoor Acquarena pool (just a few minutes’ walk from the Chiavi D’Oro). You also enjoy a 45% discount on your sauna visit at the Acquarena.
Your holiday home will be ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please inform us half an hour before arrival so we can welcome you personally. If you arrive after 7 pm, we will put the key in the key safe. A free early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability.
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 11 am. A free late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.
Your well-behaved four-legged friends are very welcome to stay with us. We charge € 15.00 per day for your pet. Please note that dogs may not be left alone in the apartment. In addition, the bed and couch are not allowed to be used as a dog bed; failure to note this will result in an additional cleaning charge.
Valid in the parents’ apartment (with two full-paying adults):
- Children up to 2.99 years old stay free of charge
- Children from 3 to 12.99 years old pay € 15.00 per night
- Children aged 13 and over and adults pay € 20.00 per night
- If an extra bed is required, a charge of € 20.00 per night applies, regardless of age
Smoking is not permitted throughout the house, except on the balconies
The local tax is € 2.90 per person per day (children under 14 years are excluded). This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.

The final cleaning is included in the total price of your reservation. We change the bed linen once a week and the hand and bath towels twice a week.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before your holiday starts.
In July, August, September, and October, we offer free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit will be refunded and there will be no additional costs. If the deadlines are not met, early departure or late arrival will be charged for the total amount of the booking.
